We had two chimney caps replaced as well as new logs and ashes for two gas fireplaces. Pat, Ben, and Kyle were friendly and polite. Everything went well and everything was clean when they left.

The Chimney Solutions rep was on time, friendly, and professional. He took precautions to keep the area clean and worked efficiently. He also examined the chimney structure on the top of the house and in the attic for any deficiencies. He did point out updates that should done to the chimney to improve function and safety--especially since the chimney was house was built prior to current code. Chimney Solutions are definitely my go-to in the future.

I had a great-experience today with the removal and installation of our new Chimney kit. Billy and Christian were the installation guys that showed up promptly at schedule time. For a two man team, they worked swiftly. Since they had to remove my old Chimney kit then install the new kit which was over three stories high I thought it'd take all day but they were extremely clean & professional. This team explained the entire process from start to finish. I'd recommend this company to anyone! They were so professional that the whole neighborhood came out to watch them work. If you go elsewhere it’s your own fault!

Joe, Billy and Ben showed up at eight and went to work. They were steady on task and got my chimney repaired, had to replace almost the entire inside of the chimney, and were finished and gone by three. Very professional, very friendly and easy to work with. Highly Recommend them.

Had my chimney sweep and inspected by Joe. He was fabulous!! If I owned a business I would hire this guy. Wonderful customer service, knowledgeable and respectful in keeping the home clean. Was able to watch the camera as he ran it up. He took pictures up on the roof which allowed me to see what I couldn’t from the ground. They use HEPA filters in their vacuums which was a big plus for me!!

very good service. the company communicates well throughout the whole process. the installation team was professional, courteous, and friendly. They installed a pellet stove in our home. We were happy to find someone in the area that would do install our stove, because our General Contractor said he couldn’t find anyone. Chimney Solutions contacted me within an hour after I emailed them. They have excellent customer service. the only issue i had was it took longer than expected to get all of the parts in to make the install happen. That’s not their fault…the supply chain hasn’t been good since the “pandemic”. I would highly recommend Chimney Solutions. They really did us a huge service as the weather is about to turn cold.
