Crystal, Kristy, and Danyall were absolutely fantastic. When they stepped through my door, I knew I was getting a quality clean. Crystal took charge by doing an initial walkthrough and then did a final walkthrough with me. She handled my kitchen/living room area, Kristy and Danyall did my bathrooms and bedroom areas, and I think they all combined to do a few areas as well. I am really impressed with how clean they got our kitchen and bathroom. Not that it was super dirty but ya know, showers get abused sometimes. They even cleaned my ceiling fans which are incredibly high. I cannot tell you how pleased I am with the level of service. The girls were kind, courteous, respectful, and got the job done. Having them here took so much stress off of me. A sincere thank you to Crystal, Kristy, and Danyall!

I love that on It's Maid Day I can meet and greet Susan give, her any special information I need to about something I need done and then get in my car and go to Barnes & Noble, get a latte and sit and read while she cleans my house, changes my sheets and makes the bed and I get to come home to a nice, clean house. I've used several other cleaning services in the past and have never been completely satisfied. Something was always being done sloppily or half way. Not so with It's Maid Day. They dusted high and low, around and underneath things. The floors and baseboards were immaculate. I loved it that they did a walk through with me after the cleaning. There are a lot of details to take care of in a house, especially during an initial cleaning. I was able to point out a few small things to them before they left and they actually noticed that my shredder trash hadn't been emptied. It was a surprise to me that it was something they took care of at all. I am going on the schedule as a regular customer and couldn't be happier that I have someone to clean my house as well or even better than I would.
