Excellent experience from beginning to end! Our move required 2 days: household and then a workshop that included a heavy table saw. We had a different mover on each day, Pedro Hernandez's team for household and Michael Knight's team for the workshop. Both were the most polite, professional, efficient crews we have ever seen, and we have moved quite a few times over the years. They truly epitomized teamwork which says a lot for their team leaders, Pedro and Michael, as well. GA Pack & Load provided seamless, stress-free service beginning with Melissa (office) who started the process, was so patient with our many questions, and was always available by phone throughout; with Read (manager) who perfectly evaluated the # of movers, trucks, and days needed and gave us a very fair pricing; and ended with Pedro's and Michael's teams who took our items out with care and took time to set things right at the final destination, all quickly and with smiles. We had a GREAT experience with GA pack and load! The team met us at our storage unit on time, with smiling faces, and ready to rock. The unit was loaded in less than 45 mins and then we moved to our house which took barely over an hour to load. The guys were up beat and clearly built to not only handle the heavy lifting for the day - but also the stress that every moving day is sure to bring! Good vibes all around from the entire crew, and nothing but hustle at every turn. The customer service team over estimated the quote slightly, as you should, and absolutely delivered on track allowing us to budget (and tip!) during a costly time. We have moved a number of times - local, in-state and cross country. This particular move was local, but my wife and I agree the service provided by Georgia Pack and Load was some of the best we have ever had! The office staff was very responsive and friendly, the packing crew did a good job ensuring items were properly and safely packed...and the load/delivery crew was phenomenal! Everything was loaded and delivered in about half the time we expected, and the team did a great job of ensuring everything made it to the new location safely and securely! I cannot say enough good things about these folks! They had done a couple of really good jobs for us in the past, but we had kind of a bad experience With them about a year ago. I spoke to them, and wanted to give them another chance, and they did an absolutely awesome job! They were punctual, courteous, careful with everything, and went way above and beyond on all fronts! They clearly want to make sure that their customers know how much they value them. They took great care of us, and got everything done in a fraction of the time I expected.
