"I have a 43 year old house and the crawl space was retaining some puddles in stormy weather and causing the joists to begin to mildew. I shopped around a few contractors and companies and settled on Frontier because Troy, the design specialist who did the initial inspection and quote, was very responsive and incredibly thorough in explaining everything, but didn't try to get me to over-solve for a higher cost and even helped me save money. I appreciate his patience with all the back-&-forth questions I had from my basic experience in the construction industry. Scheduling was very quick - about 2 weeks post agreement, and it only took them 1 day to complete the encapsulation, dehumidifier install, and new foundation door! It's a smallish house (1200sq ft) but I was very impressed with Benji, Erick, and Juan's speediness while maintaining a high quality of work. I reviewed the photos they showed and took a look myself later. I'm very pleased overall with Frontier and relieved to know that my foundation & insulation are well-protected from the elements."

Our crawlspace needed a lot of work. There was a lot of moisture, we had some dry rot on our floor joists, some of the piers weren't touching the house, and we had some major sagging. Initial estimates were it was going to take a week to get it all done, but these guys were on time every day and knocked it out in 4. They were very professional and friendly. Everything got fixed right and the Senior Foreman communicated everything that they were doing and showed me the issues and how they addressed them. Will recommend them to other friends and family. Fernando, Jose, and Dylan were the 3 guys assigned to my project and they did an awesome job!

This is our second time using Frontier and both were great experiences. Josh's team consisting of Eddie, Tony and Agapito were all friendly and quick. They performed an encapsulation on our crawl space sealing off the area and installing a dehumidifier. Directly after install the crawl space lost it's musty smell.
