Bertolli Floors replaced our carpet with hard wood floors. From the delivery of the materials to the staining and final inspection of the completed work, the entire process was smooth and seamless. The owner, Bruno is very knowledgeable, he guided us and kept us informed the entire time they were in the house. They were efficient and left everything spotless after the work was completed. First of all good customer service is very Hard to find these days. Bertolli Flooring customer service was Impeccable! The crew was very nice, they were always sweeping. They did a spectacular job with installing my LVP flooring. I called Bruno a lot, he always either answered or called me back. I am very pleased with this company. I highly recommend this company.

Bertolli Floors did an excellent job repairing several areas of my hardwood floors. They beautifully restored the floor in front of my huge dining room window that had been faded and worn by sunlight and dogs! I cannot believe how great they now look again without any sanding! They also restored a small area of floor (by a door to the deck) damaged by water. They replaced two boards, sanded without messy dust, and applied the wood color coating such that the newly restored area blends perfectly with the rest of the floor! I just love my floors so much now!!! Thank you Bertolli Floors for an outstanding job of restoration/repair at a very fair price!!! Bertolli Floors is the best!

I originally had my floors done by another company, and it was terrible! Bruno and his team ripped everything out and replaced with beautiful LVP floors. Excellent work. They were responsive, professional and honest. Will hire them for the 2nd phase of the project, which is the staircase and 2nd floor.

Bruno is very polite and professional. He offers evening and weekend appointments. I had some issues with my hardwood floors after some renovation work. He was very honest and gave me a couple of options and even offered to take care of a couple of scratches, since he was already here. Out of the 3 people who looked at the floor, Bruno was the only one who didn’t rush me and answered all my questions including cleaning them properly and he does not pressure you either. Highly recommend him for his honesty and knowledge.
