How to activate your TrustDale Make It Right Guarantee:

The TrustDale team must receive your questions, concerns or complaints about vendors in writing to ensure proper investigation and analysis. Please fill out this short form and a member of the TrustDale team will contact you.

In order to verify that you acted on a referral from TrustDale, you MUST list your phone number (the number you used) to contact the TrustDale Vendor and/or the e mail address you used to contact the TrustDale vendor. If you acted on a Trustdale recommendation, but DID NOT go through Trustdale.com, please indicate where you saw or heard Dale’s recommendation.

Because of the sheer volume of calls to our help line, and the complex nature of investigating complaints, we can not accept complaints left on voice mail.
