A computer repair shop does the job erasing a customer’s virus, but also deletes everything else. Then, we speak to a woman to find out why she has waited for 6 months to get her belongings shipped to her new home. Aquaguard’s Tom DiGregorio shows off a beautiful backyard pool (and wishes it was his). And Dale highlights a big flooring sale from his trusted partners at 50 Floor.

TrustDale TV is a 30-minute weekly show developed and hosted by six time Emmy award-winning consumer investigative reporter and TrustDale president Dale Cardwell.

Every Sunday morning on Atlanta’s FOX affiliate, Channel 5-TV, Dale invites frustrated consumers on to the show, tackles their consumer problems, and with industry experts, investigates the causes and solves them. Vendors will also be given an opportunity to offer Dale’s guests a TrustDale Make It Right resolution. TrustDale TV is being produced in the state-of-the-art Georgia Public Television studios in front of a live audience and will air every Saturday and Sunday morning from 11:30-12:00.
