I am writing this review specifically for Brian Melancon, a master carpenter for The Trusted Toolbox. Mr. Melancon widened the door jams following my surgery to accommodate a wheelchair. He did a superb job widening at least 3 openings that allowed me access to kitchen and office areas that I couldn’t reach. Brian is highly skilled, much of the work involved matching the stain of hardwood floors with existing after these areas were exposed following door widening. He was relentless in his pursuit of perfection. Believe me, you could not see the difference after Brian finished. Brian is a kind, friendly and honest individual who takes great pride in his work, and rightfully so. If you need a master carpenter, Brian Melancon is your guy.

The contractor who finished our basement suggested Trusted Toolbox to us. The process was seamless and they addressed all the items that we had on the list. We had a huge built-in book shelf with doors that Brian custom made us. It is absolutely stunning! The quality of work is top notch. We would absolutely use this group again!

Randy was our project manager. The job was difficult. A waterproofing company had done a really horrendous demolition to install their system. Trusted Toolbox had to rebuild framing, install new drywall, install new floor tile and repair damage to a dropped ceiling. I never thought the basement would ever be returned to a workable space.
