Logan Cohenour, my technician, was great. He communicated with me daily during the waterproofing of our crawl space. His team, Noah and Bernard, were hard working and friendly. Drainage channels and a pump were installed.. In addition, we also had a dehumidifier installed. Their service was excellent!

We had our extraordinarily wet basement waterproofed some years ago by Aquaguard. Now our basement is completely dry. We get the job reinspected annually. Niko, our inspector, was thorough, communicated very well options for maintenance and additional options. He was pleasant to work with, and informative without being unpleasantly pushy. Recommend.

I bought a house in January 2022 and 4 days after I took ownership my entire finished basement flooded after a heavy rain storm. I reached out to multiple companies for quotes and decide not to use AquaGuard because I was trying to cut costs. I went with another company and did exterior drains in hopes I would stop the water coming into the basement. It seemed to work at first but we were still getting a little water in the basement. After a couple months of chasing leaks, I reached back out to Matt Miller from AquaGaurd because he seemed like a straight shooter and at the time I met him I was not prepared to spend the money to do interior water proofing that he suggested. Matt told me when I met him I would probably call him back and he was right. Long story short we did the interior water proofing with AquaGuard. Matt suggested the vapor barrier, drains and 2 sump pumps. At first I was hesitant due to cost but he was able to help get it down a bit. The basement has been completely dry for 4 months now and we are happy with our service. We would recommend them even if it means paying more than the other companies.

First of all I’m a business owner myself and I appreciate the great communication I received right off. Blake texted me early in the day to confirm our appointment. Then later called and let me know what time he would be heading to our place. He arrived in a timely manner. He was very thorough when it came to explaining the problem we had with our leak. “Gene and Marcel from AquaGuard showed up this morning ready to work. They reviewed what they were going to do and set off to make that happen. Gene and I noticed a slight rise in an old crack and he said he would fix that as well. They also made sure my sprinkler system line was out of the way before they injected anything.
